Co-op life is a property management organization dedicated to creating affordable, sustainable, community-enhancing, cooperative housing for the people of Champaign Urbana. We currently manage five permanent affordable rental cooperatives in Urbana Champaign: Squirrel city, Redbrick, Library house, greenhouse, and 317 Randolph! These co-ops are home to more than 50 people, and make up part of a larger co-operative house community in Champaign Urbana.  Cu co-op life, in addition to COUCH and La Casa make up a loose federation of housing cooperatives that provide intentional community based housing focused on healthy food, group living, and conflict resolution.
