All houses have raised vegetable gardens that help provide food you cook and eat.
Each co-op house coordinates and purchases bulk food for cooking meals and snacking. Every member pairs up to cook dinner for the whole house once a week. Composting and recycling are part of the kitchen routine. |
Successful co-op members are willing to compromise and want to chip in managing a household. Strong cooking skills are not required but members need a good attitude and a desire to learn. Co-op jobs include food shopping, utility account manager, and membership co-ordinator. |
